Andrew Lyster
Andrew Lyster is a Manchester DJ and co-founder of meandyou, the party and label that gave the city one of its most trusted underground rooms, with guests such as Joy Orbison, Huerco S. and Herron sharing bills and radio hours with him. His sets carry an experimental and sometimes dark edge, running obscure records through flecks of post-punk, noise and industrial into house, dub techno, acid and breakbeat. In 2017 he started a second imprint, Youth, opening with the Void EP by Portland artist Yard. He has recorded for NTS and Berlin Community Radio, both solo and as meandyou, and also releases as DJ Lyster.
