Answer Code Request

Answer Code Request has long since mastered the art of mixing the physical with the cerebral. His broken, industrial-tinged techno drums are powerful enough to have made him a long-time Berghain resident, while his harmonic pads leave a lasting impression on the mind. He has released on Ostgut Ton, Dolly Deluxe and Monkeytown Records and runs his own ACR label. He never fails to blur the lines between sub-genres, whether with a new record or a new set. As a DJ he threads many strains of techno into a coherent whole: transcendental and linear rollers, dubby bangers, twitchy rave anthems, blissed-out deep-space minimalism and party-starting piano house, fun and functional in equal measure.
