Beautiful Swimmers

Beautiful Swimmers are Andrew Field-Pickering and Ari Goldman, two Washington DC DJs with roots in the city's hardcore and punk scene, the underground hip hop of Food For Animals and the techno of Manhunter. Playing back-to-back since the late 2000s, they use house as a foundation to reach Baltimore club, jungle, post-punk and other unclassifiable records, and both have worked in record shops when not travelling. Field-Pickering, who also records as Max D and Maxmillion Dunbar, runs the Future Times label, home to the duo's 2013 album Son; Goldman runs World Building. They mixed the second volume of The Sound of Love International and recorded RA podcast 542.
