Beverly Hills 808303

Beverly Hills 808303 is the acid alias of I-F, the producer and DJ Ferenc van der Sluijs from The Hague. Under his main name he released Space Invaders Are Smoking Grass in 1997, a vocoder electro record widely credited with sparking electroclash, and the 1999 mix Mixed Up In The Hague Vol. 1, which Morgan Geist and others credit with rekindling interest in Italo disco. He founded the Viewlexx label, ran the Cybernetic Broadcasting System internet radio station and now runs Intergalactic FM. As Beverly Hills 808303 he narrows all of that to the Roland TR-808 and TB-303, playing raw, relentless acid; his sets at Dekmantel Festival 2017 and Dekmantel Ten are recorded as pure 303 sessions with no room for mercy.
