Central

Central is the main alias of Natal Zaks, a producer from Aarhus who has shaped the sound of Danish house since 2014. With his brother DJ Sports and a circle of friends he runs Help Recordings, No Hands and the Regelbau collective from their hometown, and he records under names including Palta, Alle, Maizena, Hi Mount, Olo and Soft Talk. As Central he moves between deep house, breakbeat, ambient and experimental electronics, pairing clinical minimalism with layered depth. Dekmantel released his Political Dance #1 and #2 EPs and Pillow Peace, and he featured on the label's ten-year anniversary series; the album Om Dans appeared on Help.
