Dengue Dengue Dengue!

Dengue Dengue Dengue are Felipe Salmon and Rafael Pereira, producers, DJs and graphic designers from Lima who perform behind handmade masks. The duo formed in 2010, reworking old cumbias into electronic form, and released the debut album La Alianza Profana on the Peruvian label Auxiliar in 2012. With Auxiliar they ran a session series that helped consolidate the tropical bass scene in Lima, inviting musicians and DJs from across cultures. Their records draw on Latin, African and Anglo rhythms, mixing analogue and digital, and have appeared on Enchufada, Naafi, On The Corner and TraTraTrax. In 2020 they launched their own label Kebrada with the compilation Discos en 3/Cuartos. Their live show pairs the music with visuals of their own design.
