Diskonnected

Diskonnected is a Taipei DJ and a central figure in Taiwan's underground scene, both as a DJ and as one of the driving forces behind the Smoke Machine collective. He was a resident at the Taipei club Korner and remains at the heart of its successor, Pawnshop, and as musical director of Organik Festival he has helped build one of Asia's best-loved outdoor gatherings. His sets fuse the punch and flair of late-2000s dance music with a close ear for the present, gliding across tempo and texture between the meditative and the propulsive, shaped by long hours of digging. Abroad he has played Berghain and Panorama Bar, Tresor, Nowadays and Wonderfruit, and he went back to back with Mama Snake at Dekmantel Selectors in 2025.
