DJ Voices

DJ Voices is Kristin Malossi, a Florida-born, Brooklyn-based DJ whose free-roaming sets favour new sounds and undefined genres over safe choices. She was a resident at Nowadays in New York, where she also worked as a booker for seven years, and holds a residency on The Lot Radio. Her RA podcast was a tribute to Nowadays. She has become an outspoken voice on club culture, describing the dancefloor as her classroom, and she runs Late Nites Book Club, a reading group that takes on writing about aesthetics, death, rave culture and sound. She has also recorded as Working Women. Her sets are roving and ecstatic, built more as a story than as a safe harbour. She played Lentekabinet Festival in 2023.
