Emma DJ

Emma DJ is a Paris-based producer of Finnish origin, not to be confused with Japan's DJ Emma. He runs Fusion Mes Couilles and deals in abrasive textures and broken techno rhythms that chew up ambient, IDM, breakbeats and acid. In 2019 alone he put out three artist albums, and later work has included releases on Lee Gamble's UIQ label, the record Burnout Library and the album Lay2g on Danse Noire, a set of post-bloghouse electronics that looks back to the warehouse bands, dance punk and industrial noise of the late 2000s. He has hosted a show on LYL Radio, appeared on Dekmantel Radio alongside December and Rey Colino, and mixed Dekmantel Podcast 275, a dark trip through ambience, industrial textures and breakbeats.
