Facta

Facta is one half of the duo behind the Wisdom Teeth label, which he runs with K-LONE. Alongside music from artists like Tristan Arp, the label has released Facta's downtempo album Blush and K-LONE's Zissou EP. Both hail from London but are now based in Bristol, and they mix up the styles you would expect from those two musical hotbeds: everything from 2-step to Baltimore, post-dubstep to deep house gets distilled into their sets and productions, always with well-swung drums and high-pressure bass. Their sets move smoothly through glossy house depths, stripped-back broken beats and elastic rhythms, with a rich layer of percussion, sweet vocal or elegant melody burrowing into the brain while the beats keep the body happy.
