Flore

Flore is adept in many fields. She was Ableton's first certified female trainer in her native France, she pioneers a leftfield take on bass with her own music and she heads up the POLAAR label. Her explosive energy and ever-curious mind draw on the fundamentals of Jamaican sound system culture, embellished with the new music she is constantly searching for. Across two full-lengths she has stayed ahead of the curve, first with her own take on bass and then with the futuristic techno of 2020's Rituals. Her sets whip through dozens of tracks in an hour, almost every one with a different rhythm: jungle throwbacks, future club tracks and manic acid cuts in a full-throttle ride that never loses control.
