Gonno

Gonno is a Japanese DJ and producer whose house and techno carries an acid, melodic streak and a strong sense of storytelling, both behind the decks and on machines. His 2011 EP Acdise #2 on International Feel was the breakthrough, picked up by DJs including Laurent Garnier, James Holden, François Kevorkian and Todd Terje and a steady seller ever since. The 2015 album Remember The Life Is Beautiful followed on Endless Flight, then The Noughties on Tim Sweeney's Beats In Space and the Fantastic Planet EP with Nick Höppner on Ostgut Ton. He remixed Jeff Mills for the album Where Light Ends and made the album In Circles with the drummer Masumura for P-Vine. He played Dekmantel Selectors in 2019.
