Honey Dijon

Honey Dijon grew up on the south side of Chicago in a musical household and learned the DJ trade in the nineties from Derrick Carter and Mark Farina. Now based between New York and Berlin, she has been part of the Classic Music Company family from the label's start, DJing its parties and remixing its records. Her own albums The Best Of Both Worlds, Black Girl Magic and The Nightlife, a DJ-Kicks mix and production credits on Beyonce's Renaissance carry Chicago house into pop and back. Her sets celebrate joy and stay rooted in the city's history. Honey Dijon played The Loop at Dekmantel Festival.
