Human Space Machine

Human Space Machine is the project of Mike Jungerius, a producer and live act from Amsterdam and a co-founder of the De Lichting collective and label. His music carries techno DNA but tends to drift deeper, into spacious, hypnotic, machine-driven tracks with an acid tinge. The EP Substance opened the Nowhere label, its title track a futuristic funk cut in the spirit of early Steve Rachmad, with nods to vintage UK techno such as The Black Dog and As One. Other releases include Perception Field, Searching EP, Cycle, AEX works and the Ornithogallum EP, plus a podcast for Harmony Rec. He has played De Lichting nights at Radio Radio and Garage Noord and recorded a Radio by Radio Radio set for Dekmantel Connects in 2020.
