JEANS

JEANS is the alias of Gino van Dam, a DJ and producer from The Hague. He runs Oracle Bones, an electronic label based in the city that has released music by Rigson, SAMOH and Sun Genam, and he worked his way up at the club PIP from a job on the beach to a programming role. In 2023 Oracle Bones issued his album Meng, a box set of five twelve-inch records holding 21 tracks that range across techno, IDM, ambient and acid, mixed by Anton Pieete at STMPD Recording Studios. His club sets lean on tribal, trance and experimental techno. A live recording of his set at a Dekmantel club night in the PIP bunker in October 2022 was later broadcast by PIP Radio.
