Joe Cotch

Joe Cotch is a London-born DJ, producer, researcher and A&R who started out as a club promoter and DJ in Granada, Spain, in his late teens. Back in London he played a key role at Rye Wax, the Peckham record shop, club and community hub, and co-founded the Cotch International label and event series, a platform for emerging talent from around the world for more than a decade. His polyrhythmic sets cross every tempo, linking global club subcultures through a distinctly London pirate radio lens. His monthly NTS show Platos Combinados has hosted guests from Nick Leon and DJ Lag to Moonchild Sanelly, Novelist and Rennan Da Penha. He co-curated the Amapiano Now compilation for NTS Records and curated South African artists for the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack.
