Juju & Jordash

Jordan Czamanski is the Jordash of Juju & Jordash, the duo he formed with guitarist Gal Aner after they met at weekly bebop jams in the mid nineties, Czamanski on piano. Both moved to Amsterdam in 2004 and have made music together since, using house and techno as a launch pad and improvising everything live: drum patterns, chords and melodies built on the fly, with bebop, dub, disco and acid all in the vocabulary. Their record was Dekmantel's first release, and three albums for the label followed. With Move D they perform as Magic Mountain High, whose live album came out on Workshop. Czamanski also runs the label Off Minor.
