Jyoty

Jyoty came, saw and conquered the RADAR stage at Dekmantel Festival's tenth edition, and the set remains on YouTube as proof. Born in Amsterdam but rising to prominence via London, Jyoty Singh's ascent from online radio and local clubs to sold-out world tours has been a joy to witness. It has much to do with the pure joy she exudes behind the decks, where she jumbles global elements of bass, breaks, hip-hop, funk, grime, dancehall and more into sets that lead from the heart. She has since moved beyond the streaming arena onto the festival's larger stages, carrying the same energy to bigger crowds.
