Karim Semin

Karim Semin is a Dutch-Turkish DJ based in Amsterdam who favours music that falls outside the lines. His sets and radio shows explore lush, liquid percussion and warped textures, moving from club material into experimental territory, techno, dub, breaks and drum and bass. He holds a residency on Brussels station Kiosk Radio, where he has played solo and in pairs with Camille Maria and Erykah, and he has recorded for Rotterdam's Operator Radio, Amsterdam's Radio Radio and Echobox, Stranded FM and Berlin's Cashmere Radio. He has played Dekmantel Festival, appearing on a bill together with Fenna Fiction.
