Kittin
Caroline Hervé, from Grenoble, began DJing professionally in the mid-nineties and became Miss Kittin, the voice that defined electroclash. With The Hacker she made the Champagne EP, home to 1982 and Frank Sinatra, and later First Album, which sold beyond the underground. Solo records followed: I Com on NovaMute, then BatBox and Calling from the Stars on her own label Nobody's Bizzness, founded to keep full creative control. With Cosmos she dropped the Miss and now records and plays as Kittin. She sang on L.B. Dub Corp's Saturn to Home, released on Dekmantel, and has played Dekmantel Festival back to back with DJ Mell G.
