Lady Starlight

Colleen Martin, known as Lady Starlight, grew up in upstate New York and moved to New York City in 2001, settling on the Lower East Side. There she met Lady Gaga, helped shape her stage costumes and persona, and co-hosted the weekly party New York Street Revival and Trash Dance with her. The two performed as Lady Gaga and the Starlight Revue, including at Lollapalooza in 2007, and Starlight later opened on several of Gaga's world tours. Her own path led to techno and acid, with releases on Figure, Ostgut Ton, Tresor and Stroboscopic Artefacts, and she also performs with Surgeon.
