LARASATI

LARASATI is a Rotterdam-based DJ drawn to euphoric sounds that sit on the border between sentiment and chaos. That tension runs through the mixes: a guest set for Smerz's NTS show in 2021 recast familiar pop tunes in new forms before closing with twenty minutes of ecstatic donk and hardcore. In 2022 LARASATI featured on the Eastern Margins show on NTS as part of a showcase for GGI, the London club night and rave built around queer, trans and nonbinary East and Southeast Asian artists. Sets swing between high emotion and high velocity, and LARASATI played the Connects stage at Dekmantel Ten in 2024.
