LazerGazer

LazerGazer is Hala Namer, a Syrian DJ based in Amsterdam who describes her practice as sound, space and image. A resident at Garage Noord, she built her name on sets full of breaks, bass, UK grime and jungle at furiously fast tempos, mixed with precision. She hosts a bi-monthly show on Kiosk Radio in Brussels and has appeared on Red Light Radio, Radio Ma3azef and Dekmantel Radio, where she shared a show with São Paulo's BADSISTA. Her bookings have taken her to CTM Festival in Berlin, Trans Musicales in Rennes, Montreux Jazz Festival and Basses Fréquences in Marseille. She played Lentekabinet Festival in 2023 and 2024, and back-to-back sets at Dekmantel Selectors 2025 with Toma Kami and Just Claudia.
