Mina

Born in London, raised in Oxford and based in south London, Mina makes club music that joins UK funky, dancehall, gqom and afrobeats into bright, syncopated tracks. Two EPs for Branko's Enchufada, starting with Kabala, put her on the map; her debut album Flight Paths followed on her own label Earth Kicks, built from a dozen collaborations. Her closest partner is the Ghanaian vocalist Bryte, with whom she released the Abeka Bugatti EP and tours as a live act. Mina holds a monthly NTS residency, is part of the Boko collective, and has played Glastonbury, Nyege Nyege and Primavera. Mina and Bryte performed live at Dekmantel's Lentekabinet.
