Nørbak

Nørbak is a Spanish producer who deals in fast, muscular, hypnotic techno built for the peak of the night. His hardware-driven live sets favour relentless momentum and rave energy, locking into loops that tighten rather than release, and his prolific output follows the same line: precise, punishing and unafraid of speed. There is little ornament in his approach. The hypnosis comes from repetition pushed past the point of comfort, and the muscle comes from drums that never let up. It is techno for the hours when the floor wants nothing but forward motion.
