Nastia Reigel present Devocion

Nastia Reigel is a techno heavyweight who joined forces with Function over a shared love of early, rave-leaning and transcendental grooves. After months swapping tunes from the old and new school, the pair went into the studio and released their Devocion EP on Dekmantel, four tracks of broody, melancholic techno doused in emotion, with plenty of shadowy atmosphere and deep rolling rhythms. Together they recorded Dekmantel Mix 511, which explores that world further with tracks from the likes of Donato Dozzy and Regis alongside two from the EP. The drums are quick and the mixing tight as they traverse sounds that veer from the futuristic to the psychoactive: colourful techno that goes well beyond pure body music.
