Or:la

Or:la is a producer and DJ born in Derry who began by throwing DIY parties in empty shops during her university days. She ran the label Deep Sea Frequency and later founded Céad, building a community of artists who share her love of drum-heavy, textured dance music. Her own records include UK Lonely and Farewell 24 on Hotflush Recordings, and the album Trusting Theta for fabric Originals in 2024. As a DJ she resists categorisation, following intuition across tempos and moods rather than sticking to one genre, and she has also released on Heavenly Recordings and MARICAS. She played Dekmantel Selectors in 2023.
