Passion DEEZ

Passion DEEZ is a Zimbabwe-born DJ based in the Netherlands who plays an alchemy of bass-centric sounds: two-step and dark garage, instrumental grime and jungle, with a bias toward darker grooves and percussive riddims. He comes from a decade-long background in pirate radio and dubstep parties, and brings the London sound and the productions of his peers into Dutch dance culture from a distinct angle. During the pandemic he played almost every week across the country's online radio stations, which built his name while clubs were shut, and he switches easily between USB sticks and forgotten wax. He played Lentekabinet and Dekmantel Selectors in 2022 and Dekmantel Festival in 2023, and plays venues and stations across Europe.
