Priori

Priori hails from Canada and has been prolific since first emerging, with two full-lengths on his own NAFF label. They pair dubby undercurrents with crystalline melodies and contain the sort of unresolved tensions that keep you locked in for the ride. As a DJ he works through rollercoasters of deep techno rhythms that are firmly focused on the future and flow as fluidly as water, mixing fresh rhythms and rave sounds with tracks he has been playing a lot and unreleased music from himself and friends. His mix for the Dekmantel series, recorded on tour in Australia, was his first dance mix in a long time, and he has played Dekmantel Naarm.
