Sicaria Sound

Sicaria Sound was the London duo of Lou Nour, formerly known as Imbratura, and Sancha Ndeko. The pair met at university while studying geography and bonded over Fabric and bass-heavy music, dubstep above all, learning to mix while living together. They became the first resident DJs for Mala's Deep Medi Musik and from 2018 held a monthly residency on Rinse FM focused on new music from underground artists. In 2020 they launched the Cutcross label to champion sounds around 140bpm, from breakbeat to grime and rave, and in 2021 released their debut EP Binate. They recorded Dekmantel Podcast 323 before ending the project at the close of 2021. Ndeko continues as Mia Koden and Nour under her own name.
