Slim Soledad

Slim Soledad grew up in Guarulhos, Brazil, surrounded by music and dance, and went from vogue and contemporary dance classes into the São Paulo party scene. There she helped organise some of the city's first trans-led parties with the Chernobyl crew and developed her style as a DJ: a fast, intense mix of heavy techno, hard-edged baile funk, electro and Latin club sounds. Now based in Europe, she is a resident of the Berlin party Herrensauna. Her productions include Noches Calientes de la Soledad, Pudor, JETLAG Queen and Mapoas Only with Clementaum, with releases on Lustpoderosa and Headroom Records. Movement stays at the centre of what she does, and she played Dekmantel Festival in 2023.
