Space Dimension Controller

Space Dimension Controller is Jack Hamill from Belfast, a producer whose space disco, electro funk, acid house and Rephlex-style braindance arrive wrapped in science fiction storytelling. After teenage ambient work as RL/VL, his debut EP Journey to the Core of the Unknown Sphere and the single The Love Quadrant set him apart, leading to a run of records on R&S including the concept album Welcome to Mikrosector-50. Conceptual albums on Ninja Tune and techno experiments on Royal Oak followed. His Dekmantel debut, the three-track Gaining Time, stretches past 35 minutes of cosmic kaleidoscopic house and serene ambient, closer to an album than a club 12 inch.
