Tash LC

London-based Tash LC channels the sounds of Africa and its diaspora into her work as a DJ, radio host, label head and promoter. On radio she has held shows on Kiss FM, BBC Radio 1Xtra and Worldwide FM and a residency on NTS, moving between Afro-jazz and highlife and up-tempo kuduro, gqom and leftfield club sounds. She runs the club nights Boko Boko and Club Yeke, and Club Yeke became a label in 2019, releasing underground electronic music from South Africa, Jamaica, Brazil, the US, Portugal and the UK. Her Dekmantel Podcast packed some forty tracks, from Kylie Minogue edits to jungle, into one sunny, uplifting mix. She played The Nest at Dekmantel Festival 2023 and Dekmantel Selectors 2025 with Rozaly.
