Tijana T

Tijana Todorović, known as Tijana T, is Belgrade's most travelled DJ. Her uncle, a record collector, took her to her first house party at fourteen, and in 2000 she became a host of VJ Hour on the state broadcaster Studio B, going on to work for underground radio B92 and EXIT Festival's TV division. Her name first travelled through a collaboration with Abe Duque and marathon residencies at Belgrade's Klub 20/44 and Drugstore. Her sound is acid-led techno with house, electro, breakbeat and trance running through it, the TB-303 used as a malleable tool rather than brute force. Since 2016 she has played hundreds of shows on six continents, from Berghain, Tresor and Fabric to The Bunker in New York, and recorded RA.533.
