Trepanado

Trepanado is the São Paulo DJ Augusto Olivani, co-founder and driving force of the Selvagem party and its label Selva Discos. Selvagem became one of the most influential dance music platforms in Brazil and Latin America, with an anarchic approach that mixes obscure house, techno, soul, jazz and almost any other genre. A tireless record digger and occasional editor of what he finds, Olivani compiled Street Soul Brasil for New York's Hello Sailor Recordings, a survey of Brazilian mellow pop and romantic rap from the late eighties to the mid-nineties. He has played across Latin America, the Rio Carnival party, Concrete in Paris, Sub Club in Glasgow and Zukunft in Zurich, and recorded Dekmantel Podcast 322.
