Tristan Arp

Born in suburban Detroit and based in London, Tristan Arp is a producer, DJ and composer who works across club music and surreal soundscapes. His leftfield bass records for 3024, SLINK, Unknown Untitled, Banoffee Pies and his own Human Pitch label stretch rhythm and sound design, while the albums Sculpturegardening and a pool, a portal on Wisdom Teeth build detailed, generative worlds that merge cello, modular synthesis and spoken word. He runs Human Pitch with Simisea, with whom he has held a residency on The Lot Radio in New York since the station began, and he is a member of the percussive ambient trio Asa Tone. His DJ sets run on polyrhythm and adventurous blends, and he recorded a Dekmantel Podcast.
