Victor De Roo

Victor De Roo is a Flemish DJ and producer based in Brussels, where he runs Kontakt, a small label and radio show whose catalogue moves between minimal, post-punk and ethereal synth music. In early 2019 Knekelhuis released his record Nachtdichter, a portrait of Brussels after dark built with the words of poet Alex Deforce, set in a dim pub where the city's language communities meet in the night. He has guested on NTS, including This Is Belgium, and on Lyl Radio, where he walked through the Kontakt catalogue, and he joined the Dekmantel Radio show on Red Light Radio. He played Horst Arts & Music Festival and Dekmantel Selectors in 2019.
