Whodat

Whodat is Terri McQueen, a Detroit DJ and producer who treats house music as a healing force. Her deep house sets are known for smooth mixing and warm soul, scuffed beatdown and off-grid Detroit grooves, and she has played regularly at the city's Downtown Synagogue, the Marble Bar and The Temple Bar. Her productions are uplifting and melodic: The Recovery EP came out on Uzuri in 2013, and her music has also appeared on Meakusma and Queen Mum's Mail, often alongside her collaborator Viola Klein, with whom she shared the Workshop 26 record in 2019. She has long connected Detroit with Germany, bringing a teenage Kyle Hall to Cologne for his first European date. She recorded RA.753 and Dekmantel Podcast 326.
