Zara

Zara is an Australian-born DJ, producer and label owner based in London, working in the deeper end of techno. Her sets pair warm, emotive melody with a darker, more introspective undertow, and she favours depth over big peaks. That temperament made her a natural partner for the Amsterdam-based, Seoul-raised DJ Cobahn, with whom she shares a taste for hypnotic, organic and slightly off-centre records. The two played together on the UFO I stage at Dekmantel Festival, a set the label later shared through its own channels.
