Antenes

Antenes is a Chicago-born, Brooklyn-based producer, DJ and live performer with a deep attachment to hardware: she builds her own modular synthesisers and uses them for rough-edged warehouse tracks as well as textured, detailed ambient work. Her roots lie in goth, industrial and the noise she played on guitar in her early years, alongside a lasting love of techno, electro and experimental music. Her records have appeared on L.I.E.S., Silent Season, The Bunker New York and Mord, and she has created installations at Moogfest and played in China, Colombia and Japan. Her 2019 Dekmantel Podcast ran through Electric Indigo, Rrose, DJ ESP and Silent Servant, a dark, hypnotic hour drawn from her Midwest roots.
