DJ Nobu

One of Japan's most quietly influential selectors, DJ Nobu has spent decades bending the dancefloor toward deep hypnosis. From his base in Chiba he built the Future Terror party and the Bitta label into cornerstones of the country's underground, and his long, spiralling sets, moving through techno, trance, EBM and psychedelic electronics, have earned a devoted following well beyond Japan. He plays for the slow burn and the long journey, never the easy peak.
