Mama Snake

Mama Snake is a Copenhagen DJ at the heart of the city's fast, blistering techno scene. She is a founding member of the Apeiron Crew and co-founder of Amniote Editions, which releases music alongside posters, videos and t-shirts. Her sound mixes sleek techno with uplifting trance, delivered at speed through a tight, technical mixing style, with breakdowns, dreamy leads and vocals used to reset the mood. She played a back-to-back with fellow Apeiron founder Solid Blake at Dekmantel Festival in 2018, spinning alternative modern techno and classic electro, and later shared the decks with CEM at Dekmantel Ten and with Diskonnected at Dekmantel Selectors. She recorded Dekmantel Podcast 360 and prefers to keep a low profile away from the booth.
