Skee Mask

Bryan Müller grew up in Emmering, near Munich, played in rock bands and started producing in 2010, first as SCNTST on Boysnoize Records. In 2014 the Serum EP introduced Skee Mask on Ilian Tape, the Munich label of Dario and Marco Zenker, and the albums Shred, Compro, Pool and Resort made him its defining artist. His tracks fold techno, breakbeat, jungle, dub techno, ambient and IDM into hazy, detailed forms, with roots in labels such as Chain Reaction, Warp and Counterbalance. He took his catalogue off Spotify in 2022, runs an alphabetical archive series and co-founded the label A Strange Child with Lara Fein in 2025. In 2023 he received the City of Munich's Förderpreis for music, and he has played Dekmantel Festival with Stranger and PLO Man.
