From sun-drenched seaside sets to after-dark journeys, this year’s intimate edition delivered many lasting moments.
Selectors 2025 proved again why this small festival carries such a big spirit. Intimate by design and rich in discovery, this year’s edition delivered another rich trove of memories from sunlit seaside sessions to long, blissful nights. As we think back to those beaches, boats and late-night dancefloors, these are the highlights that linger through winter.
Words by Kristan J Caryl
The Hacker at the Voodoo stage
The French favourite delivered razor-sharp electro futurism and contorted cyborg rhythms laced with acid. His tense, machine-driven grooves never let up, and neither did the dancers.
Kalahari Oyster Cult's Boat Party
Naone and Young Marco turned open waters into a sun-drenched, free-flowing dream powered by a tastefully eclectic mix of joyous grooves.
Call Super at the Beach Main
The UK maverick dropped expansive, emotional club music that felt perfectly weightless and immersive.
Sedef Adasï at the Beach Main
Sedef Adasï’s selections were hard to pin down as ever, as she invited us deep into a multifaceted world where muscular drums and breezy synths, rugged rhythms and tough house all came together.
Steffi at Voodoo
Yet another showcase of depth and control from Steffi, who weaved heavy-hittingtechno with subtle emotional shifts.
Quest at Voodoo
Quest built heavy, driving drums across a feverish session packed with inescapable momentum.
RHR at The Nest
What else would you expect but a set packed with hyped up rhythm and driving low ends from drum & bass don RHR? Pure Selectors fire from start to finish.
DJ Flight at The Nest
As one of the foundations of drum and bass, nobody ignites a crowd like DJ Flight does.
Lena Willikens
Another impossibly open-ended set that tore up expectations with a fearless, high-voltage selection that blurred genres and melted minds.
