Where can I buy tickets for your events?

How do I know my order has been received?

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation to the registered email address on your account. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected]

How can I track my order?

You are always able to track your order status online. Click on ‘my account’ in the header navigation bar.

Do I need to set up an account / register to place an order?

You do not need to create an account or register at the Dekmanel webshop to be able to place an order. By creating an account, you simply have an easier check-out process.

How soon can I get my order?

Once you have received an email confirmation and your payment details have been approved, we will directly commence the shipping process. Please refer to our shipping section for more information.

Is it possible to change my order?

If you would like to change your order, you can do so by contacting us before it has been processed. You are able to see whether or not your order has been processed online under ‘my account’.

Can I cancel my order?

Dekmantel is happy to help you cancel your order. However, you are only able to cancel your order before it has been shipped. After that we are unable to guarantee a cancellation. Once you have received your order and you still wish to cancel, you can return it for a refund instead.

I’ve received a faulty item. What to do?

Oops, our apologies! If you have accidentally received a faulty item, please contact us at [email protected] and return it for a refund.
