Following today’s announcement by The Garden that events scheduled for this summer will be postponed to next year due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have to share the unfortunate but unavoidable news that we have to move Dekmantel Selectors 2020 to August 26 - August 30, 2021. After postponing Dekmantel Festival in Amsterdam last week, this is again a tough moment for us and a huge bummer for those of you who looked forward to this. For now, we are working hard on bringing our programme along with us to next year’s summer get-together in Tisno, Croatia. The wait will be longer, but we promise it will be an edition to remember nevertheless.
All purchased tickets will be valid on the new dates. We are aware that you might have a number of questions regarding your tickets but please hang tight — we will get in touch with all ticket holders via email very soon with full information. We would like to ask for your understanding and patience while we figure this out. For more information regarding booked on-site accommodation, we would kindly like to refer you to our FAQ or to [email protected]. For accommodations reservations outside of The Garden, please get in touch directly with the company you booked it through.
By now, it should come as no surprise that losing Dekmantel Selectors has a massive impact on our small team, as well as the wider network of people we work with all year round: musicians, artists, producers, partners, and countless freelancers. As such, we would like to take this opportunity once again to ask that you continue showing empathy for and actively supporting your favourite artists, labels, venues, and all other initiatives in the creative industry wherever you can. We need each other more than ever at a time of unprecedented turbulence.
